Denise was born and raised in the Hudson Valley, New York area.   She started this company with the idea of giving back to the community that she calls home.   In the economic conditions of today, starting a small business may be considered risky but Denise believes that every locally owned business started can only enhance the future of their neighborhood and the people who live here.

Denise has worked in the HVAC industry for over twenty two years holding positions as Office Manager, Estimator, Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager.

We have experience in Dutchess and Westchester Country projects as well as OGS, DEP, EPA and DEC projects.   Denise has had CAD certification since 2002.  Their experience in preparing Operations and Maintenance Manuals, as well as Policy and Procedure Manuals expands for over twenty years.
