Dramco, LLC will provide a customized HVAC Operations and Maintenance Manual for each project in the most efficient and cost effective manner.   We can also work with you to update your current Operations and Maintenance Manuals or place them on digital media cd/dvd rom.

You will need to provide us with the following information which we will pick up or accept via delivery or electronic media:

Stamped approved shop drawings* (including a list of subcontractors used and equipment suppliers)

 Any O & M materials you may already have (installation, maintenance and operation manuals for equipment)

 Project specifications

Project drawings, etc.

Test reports

Valve tag directories

Mechanical drawings

Contact name and information of site superintendent

Any changes during the progression of the project regarding any of the above

* to be provided to us immediately upon approval.

We will provide completed hard copy binder manuals and/or cd/dvd rom media copies, as determined by the Project Specifications and deliver them to your office.
